Caroline Basyn is Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) and leader of Global Business Services (GBS) at The Adecco Group. A member of the Executive Committee, she leads the Group's digital, AI, technology and business services agenda, helping shape the future of work through innovation, data and talent. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Caroline also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Proximus. With more than four decades of leadership experience across digital transformation, technology, shared services and business strategy, she has held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, Mondelēz International, Bacardi and Procter & Gamble. Caroline is a passionate advocate for human-centric AI, inclusive leadership and empowering women within technology to advance their careers. Caroline received her Candidatures et Licenses, Mathématiques from Universite Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium.
