Aileen is the Chief of Programs at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, overseeing all of the Foundation's philanthropic investment areas, including: Environmental Conservation, Science, the Bay Area, and Special Projects. Aileen's prior roles at the Foundation include Chief of Programs for Environmental Conservation, Director of the Conservation and Markets Initiative, and Director of the Wild Salmon Ecosystems Initiative. Prior to joining the foundation, Aileen was with McKinsey & Company. She is a JD by training, and remains a member of the California Bar. She currently serves on the boards of the Climate and Land Use Alliance, iNaturalist, Legacy Landscapes Fund, and the Marin Community Foundation.
