World Heart Federation

A non-governmental organization committed to the prevention and control of heart disease and stroke, with a focus on low and middle-income countries. The WHF is comprised of 186 member organizations, both societies of cardiology and heart foundations, from 100 countries. In order to achieve its mission, WHF raises public awareness, advocates for policy change and transfers skills and scientific knowledge to its member organizations.
