Skanska is one of the world's 10 largest construction companies. It is one of the world's major project development and construction groups. Its history began in 1887 when the company was founded. It established its first international operations in 1897. Today, it employs 38,000 people worldwide with a total annual revenue of SEK171 billion in 2018.
