The Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship is an independent not-for-profit foundation created in 1998 that promotes social entrepreneurship in close cooperation with the World Economic Forum. It supports a community of more than 300 of the world's leading social entrepreneurs and produces thought leadership to inspire and educate the next generation of social innovators. It also engages all stakeholder groups to advance the social innovation agenda and share solutions with the greatest potential for impact.
