Phoenix Africa Development Company

Phoenix Africa Development Company is building a series of development businesses in post-conflict countries in Africa. It seeks to mobilize international capital and expertise for investing in stability in some of the most fragile states on the continent. The first business, Lion Mountains, is in the agriculture sector in Sierra Leone. Other countries being considered for inclusion in the project pipeline are South Sudan, Mozambique, Liberia, Somaliland and the Niger Delta in Nigeria.
