Korea Credit Data (KCD) provides essential services for merchants in Korea, including business management, customer analysis, point of sale (POS) and payment services, and a marketplace platform. KCD and its five subsidiaries serve almost all of the 2 million merchants that accept credit card payments in Korea. Its business areas include payment (Korea Payment Networks), POS (IMU), and credit bureau (Korea Credit Service). It has strategic partnerships with industry-leading companies and raised $200 million from companies including Temasek, Morgan Stanley, Kakao, KB Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Card, Dunamu, GS Holdings and Fiserv.
