King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) is a non-profit research centre headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on energy and related socio-economic studies. With a mission to effect change with policy-makers, the centre is committed to providing local, regional and international governments with independent, insightful and high-quality research. The centre engages with policy-makers through two channels: collaborations and advisory services. The latter is focused on bridging the gap between the technical output of the centre to applied policies, adhering to confidentiality requirements of governments and fast-paced solutions.
