Full Harvest

Full Harvest is a California-based technology company solving one of the world’s largest problems – food waste. The company’s B2B marketplace is the first to connect food and beverage companies directly with farms to buy imperfect and surplus produce. To date, Full Harvest has sold over 8 million pounds of produce, which has prevented 500 million gallons of water from being wasted and 3 million kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions. Full Harvest was founded in 2015. As a Forbes Top 25 Innovative AgTech start-up, the company recently closed $8.5 million in Series A funding, led by Spark Capital.
