Forest Trends works to conserve forests and other ecosystems by catalysing the development of environmental markets. Forest Trends works to build and enhance the economic value of environmental services, global conservation, and sustainable management efforts. Its model is organized around three interconnected pillars: providing access to information to improve transparency of these markets; driving capacity building by partnering with and convening diverse stakeholders; and direct implementation, demonstrating successful tools, standards, and models for innovative finance for conservation.
