ERDA

ERDA was established in 2014, as an employer branding agency. Over the years, it has expanded its expertise and now covers strategic HR topics as well. It works with some of the biggest companies in the Baltic States and helps them become better employers. ERDA also does larger research projects and social responsibility projects that it truly believes in. That is why ERDA has been the local coordinator of the Latvian Education Accelerator. Over 3 years together with private companies and state organizations, it hopes to make meaningful changes in the Latvian education field.
