Bily Kruh Bezpeci

Bily Kruh Bezpeci is a volunteer-based support network in the Czech Republic for victims of crime. It provides services such as psychological and moral support, and legal aid in its seven counselling centres and three other sites in the country. It provides a helpline and gives specialized training to police officers, judges, social workers, university students as well as NGOs in Central and Eastern Europe. It initiates changes in legislation to improve the social situation of crime victims and victims of domestic violence.
