概要
Aequales provides tools for closing workplace gender gaps in Latin America based on measurement, consulting and technology. Founded in 2014 in Peru and Colombia, it has expanded throughout Latin America. In 2019, 700 companies in 16 countries in the region were measured under the gender equity standards of the PAR Ranking, an annual, free and confidential tool for measuring the gender equity conditions of organizations in Latin America. Aequales provides consulting services that include diagnoses, training and strategies to establish organizational processes and policies that promote a corporate culture of gender equality. It has operations in Peru, Colombia and Mexico.
