Closing the Skills Gap Accelerator Oman

The world today is increasingly digitalised, with an ever-growing reliance on advanced technologies. Proficiency with such technologies and processes will help diversify the economy, attract new investments and increase productivity, easing the way towards achieving the goals envisioned in Oman's National Vision 2040.

Oman's Future Skills Initiative will use analysis of the changing skills demands by the labor market to create public-private initiatives that aim to provide people with the skills of the future. Future Skills is an independent entity within the Ministry of National Economy and in partnership with The World Economic Forum.
