A former urban planner and market analyst, Rosemary heads JLL’s Global Research programmes including its proprietary World Winning Cities work. She focuses on defining the next generation of “rising urban stars” and working with clients on their global investment strategies and expansion plans. Over her 35-year career she has concentrated on innovation in property market research including extending the use of scenario planning and futures work into the world of real estate and in developing new data and analytics on cities and markets.
