Peter Moyo has been Chief Executive Officer of Old Mutual Emerging Markets since June 2017. He is a founding Director and shareholder of an investment firm, NMT Capital Group. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Stellenbosch Business School and is the Chairman of Business Against Crime South Africa. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Right to Care and Right to Care Health Services.

He is a former Chairman of Vodacom Group Limited, Willis SA (Pty) Ltd., CSC SA (Pty) Ltd. and the Audit Committee of the office of the Auditor General. He served as Non-Executive Director on the board of Transnet Limited. He chaired the Board of Trustees of Transnet Second Defined Benefits Fund and served on Transnet's Risk Committee and the Audit Committees, which he also chaired. In addition, he previously served on the board of Telkom. He is a former Group Chief Executive Officer of Alexander Forbes and Deputy Managing Director of Old Mutual. Before joining Old Mutual, he was a Partner and served on the National Executive of accounting firm Ernst & Young.
