Deverre Lierman joined Infosys and the US Delivery Leadership Team as the Head of the Raleigh Technology and Innovation Hub and the Regional Delivery Leader for the Southeastern US. Deverre brings over 25 years of experience as a Fortune 50 digital transformation leader, driving strategy, business and organizational change, and IT development and delivery. Deverre is an active member on World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Innovation Ecosystems. Deverre joins Infosys from IBM, where she was a leader of large, global engineering teams, responsible for bringing new technology and ways of working from idea to implementation. She was responsible for driving IBM’s digital transformation for B2C and B2B commerce, creating a modern digital commerce experience. She pioneered the use of cloud, cognitive, and Blockchain solutions that were game changers in driving revenue, reducing costs, and delighting customers. Prior, as part of IBM’s Global Business Services organization and with Arthur Andersen, Deverre was a services engagement leader bringing innovative solutions to clients in the CPG and Retail sectors. She is an Agile and DevOps evangelist, helping teams locally and at scale adopt the values and practices that reduces risk, increases quality, and speeds time to value. She is a cultural change agent, cultivating talent, creating a great working environment, and inspiring innovation and collaboration that generates critical business results. She is actively involved in the academic community as a mentor and program enabler, supporting students’ professional development and readiness for careers in IT. Deverre resides in Cary, NC with her husband, Scot, and their two daughters. They enjoy traveling, soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
