With a vision to mobilize cooperation across peers, the community will enable Chief Health Officers to develop, communicate, and support their roles within their organizations to advise on the health and well-being of employees, as well as to drive strategic decision-making on operational continuity, financial resilience towards health crises, and business investments connecting workforce well-being to better business outcomes and organizational performance.
The community will:
1. Facilitate open and transparent exchanges with public health leaders from international organizations, including WHO, ILO, as well as government bodies.
2. Offer a cross-industry and trusted platform to elevate the linkage between organizational health and business outcomes, resilience, and sustainability. This includes strategic discussions on the health and well-being metrics and measurement.
3. Shape a common global leadership agenda to support a culture of health aligned with the future of work wherein health and well-being are embedded in all business decisions.
Membership is open to Chief Health Officers or Chief Medical Officers or Medical Directors (the senior-most executives overseeing workforce health and well-being at the global scale) who often report directly to the C-board or a C-suite (e.g. Chief People Officer or Chief Operating Officer) in their organization.
