Ling Hai is Co-President, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and South America at Mastercard and member of both the Executive Leadership Team and Management Committee. He is responsible for advancing Mastercard’s business strategy, sales, business development, product management and engagements with customers and regulators in more than 200 markets.

In his former capacity as Co-President for Asia Pacific at Mastercard, he oversaw all the company’s activities in the region. He was also previously President, Head of Enterprise Development and Division President of Greater China for Mastercard.

Ling Hai serves on various corporate and non-profit boards – Board Director for the National Committee of US-China Relations, Board Deputy for the EDISON Alliance, Board Director and Member of Risk Committee for Cuscal Limited, Board Chair for Wan Shi Wang Lian Network Technology, and Board Trustee for The College of Saint Rose. He is also a Member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Ling Hai obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He also holds an honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters and a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of Saint Rose.
