Jay Marshall is the Strategic Growth/Private Equity Business Development Leader and a Managing Director at AlixPartners, he leads the firm’s strategy, marketing, and business development activities. Most of his client work is for private equity firms in due diligence and performance improvement. He joined the firm’s Dallas office in 1999. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Jay was a vice president in the energy practice of Booz Allen Hamilton and managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office. While at Booz, Jay was a leader of the postmerger integration team and developed the firm’s first intellectual capital in change management and leadership.
