I write about research in the social sciences and work with media to find faculty sources for their stories. Since joining the university in 1988, I’ve covered news from schools and programs across campus, including business, law, social work, architecture and the visual and performing arts.
I currently cover news out of anthropology, economics, education, linguistics, political science, psychology, religious studies, sociology and several other programs and centers, including the Weidenbaum Center and the Danforth Center on Religion and Politics.
A graduate of the business school at Saint Louis University and the master of journalism program at the University of Missouri-Columbia, I have reported previously for The Associated Press, the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
