Eleanor is the Lead Executive at B Lab Global. She is leading the nonprofit network to transform the global economy and benefit all people, communities, and the planet. Eleanr is driven by a personal purpose of improving the quality of life for people and the planet. She began her career in the Peace Corps as a water and sanitation volunteer. A civil engineer by trade, she spent over 20 years as a consulting engineer. Before B Lab, Eleanor served as CEO of Water For People. Eleanor’s passions include building high-performing multi-cultural teams grounded in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion; incorporating personal wellbeing practices into daily life; and mentoring social change makers and STEM professionals. If Eleanor is not riding her bike, she is exploring Colorado and the world with her husband, two boys, and two dogs.
