Claudia is a member of Itaú Unibanco’s Executive Committee and the senior vice-president responsible for the Legal Department, Ombudsman Office, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Marketing. Claudia serves also as secretary to the board and to the executive committee.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo, an LLM from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. Claudia also represents the Brazilian Bank Federation (FEBRABAN) as a senior vice-president.
